Why we built this
After our conversations with Noor, we didn't just want to describe what we could build — we wanted to show you. Our team put together a working preview of what a modern, AI-powered version of your timekeeping platform could look like: one place to run punches, timesheets, dual approvals and payroll sync — with automation handling the busy work in the background.
What Noor's platform does
At its core, this is an operations platform built for a staffing firm running W-2 and 1099 talent across multiple clients:
- A mobile app where talent clocks in and out with geofence verification
- A client portal where site contacts review and approve their workers' weekly hours
- An admin console where Noor Ops runs live monitoring, exceptions, dual approvals and Avionté sync
- A layer of AI-first automation catching missed punches, overtime risks, geofence misses and stale approvals — so nothing slips through to payroll

For your talent: the mobile app
Eleven purpose-built screens — login, home, active shift, clock in/out (including outside-geofence flow), timesheet, adjustments, PTO & benefits, placement, notifications and profile. Designed for low-friction daily use.
For your clients: the approvals portal
A single weekly view of the workers placed at their site, hours-by-worker charts, and one-click approval of submitted timesheets — plus an email-preview surface to see exactly what site contacts receive.
For Noor Ops: the admin console
Live shift view, dashboard, clients, talent, placements, approvals, approval funnel, exceptions, Avionté sync — every screen you need to run the operation from one place.
Geofenced punches & exceptions caught automatically
Every punch is location-verified. Missed punches, overtime risk, geofence misses and stale approvals surface on the Exceptions screen before they become payroll problems.
Dual approval workflow
Client site contact approves first; Noor Ops closes the loop. A dedicated Approval Funnel screen shows exactly where every timesheet stands and what's blocking it.
Avionté two-way sync
Talent, placements, and approved hours flow both directions with Avionté as system of record — no double entry, no reconciliation spreadsheets.
Payroll-ready exports & audit trail
Approved hours roll up into clean, payroll-ready output with a full audit trail for every edit, approval and sync event.
